How We Pick Deals

Seven rules decide what appears on this site.

  1. Every deal has a source and a checked time. We link the retailer page we opened and show when we looked. No source, no deal. We call this verification, and it describes our process: a card says “Checked” with a time, not that the price still holds.
  2. A “was” price is a price actually charged recently. If we only know a list price, the card says MSRP.
  3. Expired deals stay visible for 7 days. They are struck through and hidden by default behind an “Include expired” toggle, then removed.
  4. Nothing is invented. If we do not know a date, spec, policy or price, we say so.
  5. Affiliate disclosure comes first. It appears above the first deal on every commercial page.
  6. Pages have a byline and a real About page. The editorial byline is the Cybermonday.co Team.
  7. We explain why a deal is good, not what the product is.

Amazon prices

Amazon’s Associates rules allow Amazon prices to be shown only from Amazon-served data. Until we have that access, Amazon deals show “Check price at Amazon” instead of a price we copied by hand.

Where we cannot check

Some retailer pages block automated access. When we cannot open a page, we do not list its deals.
